Africa Roofing's fully affiliated thatch production company Redruth Thatching was awarded the thatch roof contract for the Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport. The airport measured a total thatch area of 6250 square meters.
 
This roof is undoubtedly the largest single building thatch roof ever constructed. The roof was completed in a record time of 4 months, from May to September.
 
The first floor offices also display 2100 square meter Cape Reed ceiling board. This airport building is a must to visit when in South Africa.
